Seeing so many viral posts, reels, and videos on manifestation, I decided to give myself a try, and guess what? The results were phenomenal. WHAT EXACTLY IS MANIFESTATION?
Manifestation is bringing something tangible into your life through the law of attraction and belief. That is, when you constantly focus your mind on something, it will eventually come to you. However, there is a lot more to manifestation than self-will and positive thinking.
Manifestation is using the power of your mind to propel – one may even say “force” – the universe into manufacturing it for you. It is based on the impact of positive thinking and positive habitual action on our goals. For example, starting a manifestation journal and providing repeated enforcement through constant writings and analysis to manifest it.
The Law of Attraction is the principle that lies behind manifestation. The universal law starts operating once you present the universe with a request for something. With proper means and following bound principles, the universe has no alternative to giving you what you want.
MANIFESTATION - SCIENCE OR MYTH
Manifestation works on the concept that if we think and live in an explicit means, we tend to attract similar experiences. So, how does this connect with the science behind manifestation?
NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE BIAS
The more we predict and act in an exceedingly negative means, the more we tend to cause a spiral of negative effects, making it tougher to achieve that goal. For example, your goal is to write an article for your college assignment, and you keep on thinking, '' My writing will be lame", your actions are likely to be far less driven.
Meanwhile, if you read your goals in an exceedingly positive light, your actions become more centered and positive. You feel a lot of dedication to spend time on your goals. Once you start believing in yourself and your goals, the work you deliver is more relaxed and genuine.
HABITUAL ACTION
Ninety-nine hundredths or, possibly, nine hundred and ninety-nine thousandths of our activity is purely automatic and habitual, from our rising in the morning to our lying down each night.

Remember, the first time you probably did something, it required plenty of your concentration and wit. However, as you repeatedly started doing it, it became easier. The mental power you need to perform these tasks is attenuated considerably. This method is termed “chunking” – and it's the foundation of all habits.
Every day, we tend to accept these “chunks” of behavior unconsciously. Manifestation is like that “chunk”, which is more than working towards your goals. It's about weaving your dreams into the fabric of your lifestyle. The more you perform something, the more you strengthen it. If you work towards your goals periodically, you’re less likely to attain them, as you are not giving yourself enough time or chance to succeed.
Ultimately, it’s not what you are doing, it’s the way that you simply do it. Habitual action is beyond doing something regularly. Firstly, write down your goals and read your list every morning and right before bed every day. Take a few minutes to visualize how it will feel, about the excitement, thrill, happiness, and connect with the feeling of achieving your dreams.
2. SCHEDULING
If you talk about it, it’s a dream. If you envision it, it’s possible. But if you schedule it, it’s real.

Write down the things you desire or want to accomplish. By putting it down in your diary, you will be more likely to take appropriate steps to make it happen.
3. MEDITATION
Thoughts become things. If you see it in your mind, you will hold it in your hand.

You can set any intention you wish for meditation. However, to make things happen, you should intend to manifest your dreams.
Throughout meditation, shut your eyes and do some mental image exercises. Visualize however your life would be, once everything you wish comes to you. Picture yourself entering into your dream automobile and turning it on. Imagine what your hands feel like on the wheel as you begin driving away.
